I wouldn't call it a good idea to go for azalea's... even if you find seedlings/cuttings enough. They tend to be more fragile to shaping than most other plants used in the game.
You can always experiment, but they don't heal well when grafted or pruned and you may end up with a disappointing abomination shall you ever even fuse them.
