ok gg lets have a chat it looks like you are having a ball there, thats great.

but seeing the whole grow box thing has been brought up and your not potting into a bonsai pot, you need to know this.

this is something we have all done in the beginning, that is taking off the bottom branches.

i cannot stress enough how important the bottom branches are in the long term. try to leave them on your trees especially when you are growing on. think about working down the tree rather than up the tree.

they serve 2 extremely important functions
*1 to thicken the base of the trunk
*2 a better future option as the tree, still supple for bending and twisting ( some exceptions)
