Cool Bahama Black Olives! This is always a favorite down here in the semi/tropical zones. They have a good growth (zig zag & flat) pattern. They are very rewarding too.

I agree about the roots being very finicky. After root pruning (during the heat of summer only), do not let the roots dry out or keep it too wet until they get re-established. Use a good fungicide during the growing season.
