Grey water, or wastewater from domestic processes, is often safe or even nourishing for plants. I would not use it on indoor plants or bonsai though, because it can attract mold and pests. I would stick to the outdoor plants in the ground or large planters. Of course if an area is under severe drought water restrictions, then that may be the only way to keep the bonsais alive.
