Thank you Dale and Bill for the advice. I do keep the tree outside all the time and I try to keep it in as much sun as i can during the day. I also water it less than my other two bonsai because I kinda figured it was being over watered.

It has only gotten down to about the mid 30"s down here but it has already warmed up.

as far as what i call new growth, there are a few new tips that have sprouted and are brighter green than the rest of the rest of the foliage.

Again I thank Both of you and i keep trying to get taht pic up
