Have you been keeping it indoors or outdoors? What have your temperatures been like? In winter time many junipers will lose some color when the temperatures drop, but it's not a problem. Of course, as far south as you are that may not happen unless it's been unusually cold. Also, when have you been watering? Junipers like to get mostly dry between waterings.
