hello everyone,

I just recived a juniper bonsai from a friend that looks like it is dying. About half of the foliage is brown or gone already, but there are still a couple of spots of new growth. I think he had the tree in akadma for soil. The soil looks like it has a slight green tint too it almost like algea starting to grow. I think it may be from to much water and not enough sun. But i am really not sure whats wrong or if it is even worth trying to save. I tried to put a pic up but i can't make the pic small enough to put on the forum. any help would be appriciated.
