G'day GrumbleGuts,

One of the most important things you need to consider if you are thinking of starting a club is to make sure the appropriate insurance has been purchased and the policy covers you and the other participants.

Its a sad fact of life these days that folks will sue over the tiniest of things and others have lost everything because they weren't covered.

Yes it may only be an informal gathering of like minded folks enjoying themselves but its better to be safe than sorry.
