I'm told you are trolling... which must be some on-line-ism for trying to poke me.
However, your question only confirms your ignorance of the nature of bonsai and it's competitions.
I don't need to hold a world class title to have worked on more world class trees than you will ever see in your lifetime, let alone touch. I have nothing to prove to someone who is trying to provoke an arguement. I have a long reputation of doing, not just pontificating based on other's experiance.
There's nothing wrong with sharing interesting things you have learned of others work. But get to the business of doing, and you'll have so many more interesting things to talk about than trying to see who you can irritate, like this is somehow your playground because you have graced us with your presence.
I am sure you are feeling like you are in defensive mode, because so many things I have said would seem to refute your comments. It's not that I am trying to make you look like you don't know what you are talking about. But like so many newer learners, you have not yet grasped how complex this is... and it is important to me, that fishbone (or any other person who may read this thread in the future) is not hemmed in by the limitations of your actual experiance.
As I have said before... the things I presented were in the interest of balance. I suggest you seek some for yourself. It will surprise you how well that works. But in truth... it only comes with doing.
