Thanks for the response.

I checked for mites and don't see any. I have sprayed it a few times with neem oil but new leaves continue to look curly and sometimes yellowish. I never tried removing the infected leaves. That would be most of them unfortunately. But since it isn't getting better I guess it is worth a shot.
