I wouldn't do much more to it. The black olive that I have as bonsai lost ALL of its leaves after being in an stressful situation, and came back after a few weeks.

Where are you keeping this tree (what state, is it outside)? Is it getting enough light? My black olive gets a lot of filtered light and a lot of water, I basically keep under good humidity always and it is in the back of my home where it gets morning light.

I would try to adjust its environment and care so that this environment is kept as constant as possible.
