That's the wonderful thing about living where we live, almost anythiing is allowed. There is of course the First Amendment of our contsitution that guarantees freedom of speech which this would fall under. However; the First Amendment does not guratantee that anyone has too, or will be compeled to listen, or in this case examine visually.
Using that same freedom of speech it is perfectly allowable for those who object to what you may have done to call it anything from a master piece to a major disaster. Remember the old proverb that says one man's trash is another man's treasure? Not everyone thinks Warhol was a genius, or even a good artist for that matter.
