If I had the available sources (locally) I would make my own batch of bonsai soil; so I must resort to a pre-mixed soil cheap and excellent quality.
I have a Wal-Mart, a Sutherlands, and two Farm & Home supply stores in my small town. I doubt they will carry the exact ingredients.
Thank you for the links. I will check them out... Sounds like I need to do more research and ask more questions.
