I don’t really belong to any particular school. It tends to be counsellors and therapists that belong to such schools (e.g. Freudian Psychoanalytical, Cognitive-Behavioural etc.). I’m a Ph.D. (scientist) and a Chartered Health Psychologist, but my actual role at the moment is as a Senior Lecturer/Academic Psychologist at a University in London.
