So, either way, you will earn some new stock.

Thanks for your advice I shall be following up with it as soon as possible, and indeed I shall be trying both ways, in the meantime here are two pics of my Premna Japonica in full leaf, just taken now.

The slightest brush with these trees or pruning for that matter, fills the air about with the wonderful musk aroma, which I truly love, tho' I hear that there are some folks that cannot stand it.
