I think I might take him out of this pot and pot him up for a year or two, to thicken the base some and get some good roots.
Other than that it just needs a little ramification,and shortening of that loooong branch tip(I'lll leave it a little too long, just to kind of super-suggest) and maybe use a shallower, longish pot.
