Turns out I
may be in northern California in October, and can block some time to come south as needed. If we are slow back at the office I can secure one of our Sony DSR-570WS cameras sent to me so we would have DV Cam tape to send or can digitize as needed. If we are busy we can rent a camera in LA. If we are serious about production quality we need a good sound person with field mixing capabilities and a few options for mics, not sure I can get our kit from the office. A guerilla lighting pack would be nice if we are shooting inside.
October may be too quick a turnaround to line everything up but we can try.
