They are happy to send photos of prospective trees.but I suggest you do your homework first before opening your wallet.
why not ask your fellow BT or club members if trees are up for sale... you will get a better price and prob be happier at the end of the day.

Although I would not be happy handing over $300-$600 for a pre-bonsai as they are selling without at least the option to view first.
