Forgive my intromission and forgive my poor english, isn't too much confidor once a month? as far as I know it's a sistemic product, wich it means it is absorbed by the plant and stay on for a very long time, I use it only twice a year, once in spring and once in autumn and rarely I see insects around my plants. I would use insecticides that work by contact the way you do.
