Hi JB, they are nice stock. What variety are they? Are they Crateagus? If so, they wont grow up here very well, sadly. I have had 3 Hawthorns over the years and only one is surviving! I have what was a resonably nice clump style that is still living, but really it has been slowly dying over the last 5 years! I also have a friend that has given up growing them up here for the same reasons. Quite sad really as they make a lovely bonsai!
