I cant really suggest anything with knowing more about what you used etc. (eg was this a concentrate vs premix, three in one solution, brand name etc) If you have those details it would be helpful, or you can try to google the brandname and see what additional info you could find.

Are you trying to root this cutting or is this just a new planting?
