I've bought and imported pots from the U.K. (Bryan Albright), Austria (Horst Heinzelreiter) and Japan (J-bonsai.com). Not a hard thing to do at all. Contact a few potters overseas via email. Tell them what you want and go from there.

Electronic transfer of money is the best way to go. The potters I've dealt with have this capability. Be prepared to pay a pretty hefty shipping charge if you're after larger pots.
