i have tried airlayering 5 different trees and have been unsucessful on all of them. I use sphagnum moss with and cover it with plastic. i left the moss in place for atleast 2 months and up to three and four months for the others and none of them worked.
i made sure the moss stayed moist, but still no success. two of the layers were on a maple and one was an oak. the other two were just ramdom trees in the woods at my house. any help would be grateful, thanks
