Temperature have finally started to get into the 50s (F) around here and we've gone a few days without dropping below freezing, so I've taken my trees out of their cold frame (a 2' x 4' wooden box with a clear plastic lid) and let them soak up some sun. However, since it probably will be dropping below freezing every now and then over the next few weeks, I'm wondering if it's safe to:

A. put the cold frame away for the season (or keep re-covering my trees any night it's supposed to drop below freezing)

B. prune/repot my trees (all are nursery stock that are still in their original plastic pots)

C. plant a few in the ground to grow out

D. start collecting trees
