Good Grief, what's that supposed to mean? Can't something be done without somone else thinking yet another person has an alterior motive? Personally I think it's a great idea. You are going to be able to see some of the greatest bonsai outside of Japan and Asia side by side.
You have to remember something else here as well. The contest is as much about the quality of the photographs as the quality of the bonsai. A world class bonsai and a crumby picture wont be accepted any more than a crumby bonsai and a world class picture. The idea is to gather the best of both, but you don't need me to tell you the rules, go to AoB and read them for yourselves.
