That's right.
But there is nothing wrong to encourage team spirit once in a while. It brings people together. Bonsai people tend to be individualist, working alone on their backyards. So, social skills are not their strength.
May be that's why it is a good idea to cultivate this community aspect. If we are neighbours, from the same city of country, let's make a team and do something together.
