I don't recall reading that, but I confess I don't have time to read every post. However, if I did, I would have told you the same thing, I wrote above: that it isn't possible.
A related discussion I do recall was about
removing photos from one's own gallery. In the case that one opts not to participate, I do not understand why there should be concern about what others do with their own privileges.
