collected trees
im looking to collect a few trees this spring. im kind of iffy on how to go about doing it. the real question i have is, should i remove all of the old ground soil from the roots and pot it up in a good mix? or should i wait a year or too to do that? will it be too much shock for the poor trees. or is it a good idea to get all that old stuff off for the sake of drainage. they must go into containers. i cant replant the into the ground. any advice?
