When you want to reply to a post and quote from it, hit the "quote" box in the post on the bottom right corner. It will show you the whole post, inside of little doohickeys that say [QUOT=whosits] and [/QUOT]. You can highlight and delete any part of the words between the doohickeys, as long as you leave the doohickeys. Then type your reply below the [/QUOT] one. When you hit submit, the quote will appear in a box and your words will be under it.
