I have kept 2 Kingsville outside all winter for the last 2 years. I keep them on the east side of of my house.They are out of the wind and mulched about half way up the trunk. Both winters we have had below zero temperatures and they have both done fine.

I have read that it is not very good to cover your plants with plastic because it could cause your leaves to burn if it is touching them. here in Ohio if we are going to have a late spring frost, most people cover their plants with bed sheets.
