People want their articles to be seen. When I write an article, I put it up on my own website. I also post here, and some on Internet Bonsai Club. Most of what you are asking for is already available on the web in other more accessible venues.

My suggestion is to work with your local club and find qualified people who grow those species. Then interview them, photograph them working on the trees, etc. Go to shows and photograph good examples of trees. Write up the exhibit.

I guess my main point would be that it is far too easy for anyone in the world to put up a website, beg for other peoples' work, and expect to be hailed as an expert. We already have a couple of those. I'm not saying that is you, please understand. But you may need to build a foundation of your own work before others will make submissions to it.
