I will 'assume' for a bit that you are serious. If so and I have done the math, you are looking for 25 or so 'high quality' trees for about $600 each including shipping. It isn't likely to happen. You have not told us that you can take care of these trees and you have not convinced us they will even stay alive no less be maintained in a proper manner. note-I have read your profile.

As for the value you seem to feel you can receive...sorry not going to happen. The term 'high quality tree' is a bit open ended and can mean different things to different people. But if you mean a tree that is worthy of placing in a large show or one that is seen in some of the better Bonsai Gardens, your figure of 10-15 thousand is more for ONE tree and then it will not get you the best....

but hey its just my opinion
