Some of us did not miss the point.
Water often and use fast draining soil. I water three times a day in summer and 2 in other seasons. The more often you water the more often the action of the drainage pulls fresh oxygen in to the soil and to the roots. Every plant I know needs oxygen - no? Now add a very very heavy feeding routine based on more than one type of food on a rotating schedule to the watering and the coarse soil.
But I suppose this is what you currently do...
