Acacia Galpinii
At LAST at long long last i have found a nursery in Joburg that sells good stock! Found this acacia Galipnii at said nursery about four months ago, it has just opened up this season (we get two growing seasons per year here!) and am thrilled to find that it is a glapinii cos i originally thought it was a black monkey thorn (the only noticable difference being the leaves). I am wondering about which direction to take this guy in, traditional flat top? Well, i know it needs some work, but not a lot IMO.
What do you all think? By the way i receive criticism well so dont hold back!
Andy
(hmm maybe i should open a thread showing the differences in leaf structure amongst the acacias? but perhaps i will be the only one to read it....)
