Your tree may well have a potential for a cascade, but also don't forget slant style, or wind-influenced as possibilities.
Remember also that much of the interest and charm in junipers can come from jin and shari.....all of which can add drama to a cascade, slant or wind-influenced. Don't rush to judgement; look at lots of pictures and enjoy many fantasies.......that's the fun of doing bonsai.
