As to cancelling membership to BT, that is of course your right, however it would appear that not many of you subscribe anyway so I guess no loss to the Editor but your loss to learning.

As I am still trying to get a complete set for my library, I would be happy to purchase any of the following issues.

2,3,4,5,6,7, - 10,11,12, - 14,15,16,17,18, - 21,22,23,24, - 37,38, - 44 and 45.

Jon,

I agree with you, especially the hatred for Will Heath - it even got Ron Martin out of his self imposed virtual isolation.

If you don't get anything out of the magazine, cancel your subscription. As far as an internet bonsai magazine, that was tried, was well done, it did pay for articles, but could not financially survive as with most good bonsai endeavors.

If you like the older bonsai todays, check on ebay for old issues - they are frequently there. I have a complete set of BT and find it a very useful resource.

If you want something similar but still being published, try Bill Valavanis' International Bonsai. It has in my opinion become the best English language bonsai magazine. Kindai Bonsai is also worth the $186 a year, even though I can't read Japanese.
