Let it grow out for a couple years, picking and choosing the branches for a nice informal upright. A larger grow box with free draining soil will speed the process.

Also, look at diagrams (in books) about wiring and look at how to properly anchor and secure the wire. As it is, I am not sure the wire is doing what you want, or as well as you want with the ends hanging down into the soil.
