Not, it is not correct. AoB never published the chopsticks article.
We did receive it as an article submission. I personally rejected the article as inappropriate for AoB. (I did not realize that it contained plagiarized material, but I didn't think it had anything to do with the artistic foundations of Bonsai).
Since you were an editor at AoB at the time, you must have seen the article submission in the private forum for the AoB editors.
