I'd say the opposite. The areas of the leaf that are still green are actively photosynthesizing, thereby feeding the roots. I don't know when you took the cuttings, or how many leaves there are (that look healthy), but the more green, the better for the roots.

ps. EG's advice is probably good, especially if theres an abundance of new leaves. I just tend to be cautious.
