It is a pretty house plant but the trunk diameter is far from giving the illusion of mature tree. Possible solutions would be to let the trunk grow in the ground or in a big pot or to chop it down to a height where it would be more proportionate and wait for new growth to apear (for a reference check out the little guy in my last thread).
