Thanks for the kind words guys.
I was hoping that re-posting it would start a discussion on the subject. But I see that it has been moved to the articles section . That always seems to be a sure fired way to kill a topic. Never did figure out why this is so.
Be that as it may here is hoping that it will be of help to those that do read it.
