I have read that there is only one species in the Serissa genus, but quite a few cultivars. Common name for Serissa is "Tree of a Thousand Stars" or "Snow Rose"

There is a list of Serissa cultivars over at Bonsai Web.

http://www.bonsaiweb.com/care/faq/serissa.html

Cultivation should be very similar for all of them. There are some details at BCI Species Index:

http://www.bonsai-bci.com/species/serissa.html

Brussels lists "Serissa seroides" as another common name for generic serissa.

Good luck,

Matt
