You are right, as an addition I would like to suggest to Heather:
1 - Carmona microphylla (Fukien Tea) loves humidity.
2 - It is sick, put it in a more shaded area (if it is not).
3 - As all sick tree, not feed it. Wait to better times.
I hope your Carmona feels better.
