Heather, now to bring him back to life, try to not feed it... or at least, not so often, because the tree is in the middle of a stressy situation, the fertilizer just makes it worst (or at least is what I think)... don't know, I really preffer to fertilize every 3 weeks... But, obviously it depends on the fertilizing method, rutine, and the fertilizer it self, but well, my advise would be to cut the fertilizer until it recover, but just my 0.02
