You know, I'm going to need to try Dave's now. I have had such a hard time getting my chili to be hot enough. It tastes great, it just doesn't have the heat I like.
I have a massive bag of indian chili powder, bought it at the local indian store for like 3 bucks. It's not quite hot enough to spice up the chili, but it seems to keep the squirrels away, and there's enough in the bag to keep my trees powdered for years.
