Reports now say that we've had enough rain here in the Middle Atlantic states in the last four days to cover the average rainfall for June, July and August. We got about 14 inches where I live in Va. the rains here started a day earlier with some violent thunderstorms before the "rain train" moved in. We got worse storm damage from those than we did from the 65 Mph winds with Hurricane Isabel two years ago.

I have to get out this weekend and get fertilizer on the trees. A foot of rain in four days will leach just about everything out of the soili nbonsia pots...
