I'm a severe newbie to bonsai. I've been absorbing as much as I can from books and net in the last two months.
I have an approx 6 year old Japanese Juniper I purchased from a nursey a short while ago. I have been carefully pruning and pinching off little bits here and there since I don't want to cause any irreparable damage. Any suggsetions about how much is too much or preliminary shaping ideas?
I will borrow a camera in the next few days and get a pic taken of my tree to show here.... I'm a bit worried that all I have is a stick in some dirt.
