Well as I said, I am a bit conservative in my taste.

There is a big difference I suppose between someone deliberately styling a "rule breaking" tree due to ignorance of the "rules," instead of using what nature presents you with.

I will quote myself on this one whilst talking about some new Oregon Bonsai ($1.00 please :-) trees on another forum.

"Fact is, with yamadori of this quality who really cares (and does it matter) if is it's windswept, literati or over-under-sideways-down avalance chic."

Not dissing the tree or yourself Hans and will be very interested to see the development.

I wouldn't have much of clue how to approach this material but would give it a go.
