because of the things you wrote, you may be overwatering. How often are you watering it? and how? well, because if you have had it for not so long, you may be are doing so, well, if you're sure you're not overwatering, maybe it is having not too much light, how many hours of direct sunlight is it getting? well, then the other possible issue could be a root bound problem... well, bye, and try to tell us more about your daily care...
