No, don't fertilize again until you see new growth. Trees aren't 'hungry' like we are, they process their nutrients entirely differently. Just keep it slightly damp, in its usual place, and watch for new growth. You can trim the dead stuff off if you want to, but leaving it won't hurt, and you may be surprised that some of it may bud back again. No reason to stress the tree by removing the limbs.....
